After only owning my new Mini four months I have brought it into service for non-mechanical reasons 4 times and see a distinct trend - that being excellent, professional and friendly service! We've been coming to this dealership since they first opened in Rockville. Their move to Gaithersburg has not changed the quality of service or friendliness of the staff. Highly recommend. About a month ago we went back to explore our end-of-lease options. We still had a few months until the end of our lease but we were offered a deal too good to pass up. Since I found out how great Mini's are this place has taken care of my car. They do it so well I just went back and purchased a 4-door so my granddaughter will have something safe to ride in. If Mini is at all on the radar go see them.
