I don't usually write reviews but this place is amazing !! All the from the service guy to the sales and finance and even the manager Everyone was so friendly straight forward and it's honestly how getting a car should be!! Go here you won't be sorry ! And no I don't work there nor did i get anything for leaving this review.

We purchase a car for my daughter at carmax and wanted mini to look the car over to be sure there weren't any issues. The service team was fast, very friendly, VERY efficient and VERY patient! Update 5/26/16; After Mini identified two major oil leaks, Danny worked with CarMax to have the repairs made to our car. I respect their patience with me as I stressed over purchasing a used car for the first time and these major repairs.
I've been bringing my MINI for service at Mini of Montgomery County for several years for routine things. It's out of warranty now and I just had a major technical failure. I brought it to a local mechanic, who told me that I had no compression and that my engine and turbo were toast, and could not be repaired. I had it towed to the dealer, and the service director, Jaime Torreblanca, understood my situation, and did everything possible to keep cost within reason. Had a nightmare experience at Mini of Sterling. Literally a 180 difference at Mini of Montgomery! Nick was honest, had the car desired waiting and the worked with us on a trade-in. Even got excellent terms and no one was pushy. If their service is as good as their sales, then will have our business for life! Next up AWD Clubman!
