We visited MINI of Montgomery County yesterday for our "2nd Date". This is not only our "2nd Date" but also our second MINI COOPER S Convertible. We had our first one for 9 years and loved it. This new model is very HI TECH and the "2nd Date" was most helpful. They are always efficient, timely, professional and friendly. It was easy to make an appointment on-line, the staff at the service department were fast and very nice, the waiting room is also nice and comfortable, and my overall experience was very good. I like taking my car to Mini of Montgomery and I plan to continue doing so in the future. Thanks for a nice experience.
They are hands down the most courteous and efficient place to get my car serviced. I have no trouble getting an appointment and if I'm in a hurry they do everything they can to get the job done and me back on my way.
