We visited MINI of Montgomery County yesterday for our "2nd Date". This is not only our "2nd Date" but also our second MINI COOPER S Convertible. We had our first one for 9 years and loved it. This new model is very HI TECH and the "2nd Date" was most helpful. They are always efficient, timely, professional and friendly. We might need a "3rd Date" to figure this one out but that will be in the form of a follow-up phone call, which they encourage. We are so impressed with the MINI line, plan to buy a Countryman also. It was easy to make an appointment on-line, the staff at the service department were fast and very nice, the waiting room is also nice and comfortable, and my overall experience was very good. I like taking my car to Mini of Montgomery and I plan to continue doing so in the future. Thanks for a nice experience.
