What a difference 9 miles makes! The first time we had our Mini serviced we took it to Mini of Annapolis & received sub par service. This time around we drove an extra 9 miles to Mini of Montgomery County. It was so worth it - from the customer service to something as simple as a car wash! Thank you Mini of Montgomery County!

I own a John Cooper Works and live in Mississippi and on two occasions drove to the D.C. area to visit relatives. On the first trip I experience a problem which needed immediate attention before returning home. It turned out to be replacement tires and a road worthy ness review for my return trip. Since I was in transit, I received immediate attention. My second trip to service dealt with a delay in recovery of RPMs after rapid acceleration. just had our MINI Clubman serviced here and am beyond impressed. Our car needed extensive repairs despite the fact that it only has about 60k miles on it. MINI paid for 85% of a big chunk of these repairs saving us several thousand dollars.

I walked into MINI of Montgomery County after researching and building a Cooper online. From the moment I entered the dealership, I didn't get the "car salesman" feeling. We were introduced to Steve and he handled our test drives of a Countryman and Cooper. He was welcoming, respectful, and a joy to deal with. Steve made certain we got the deal and car we wanted.
