One of the friendliest dealers I've ever experienced. Plus, when you bring your car for maintenance, you are treated to a super cozy waiting area with lovely refreshments. The service staff go WAY beyond the call of duty and always make sure things are done correctly. My car is delivered to me fully cleaned and vacuumed as well.
Overall service was excellent. The time spent at the service department was short and they resolved all of my issues. Best to have appointment as they were waiting and ready to receive my car.

I took my Cooper in for service recently. I was very happy with the consult I had regarding work needed, the waiting area, and the fact that I was offered a loaner car. I will definitely be using Mini of Montgomery County for my next service needs.
