"service work" had vehicle in for oil change, dealer did a vehicle evaluation and found a problem. Service person was extremely honest about problem and the fix and offered several suggestions .After several days I was contacted by service again they offered to perform the required fix to the car for a fraction of the cost. We purchased the vehicle used, but had the dealer do all maintenance on vehicle since we owned it. They let you specify a time on line when you would like to make a service appointment, but whether it's because they are trying to justify the labor costs or there are not enough people, service takes whey longer than it should for the tasks at hand. I must point our however, that service quality is indeed excellent, just take too long.

Didn't appreciate waiting for about ten minutes at receptionist. Male (Kevin?) was on the phone and didn't take care of me. Let me sit there for about ten minutes. Female(Danielle?) was chatting with a customer and finally stopped to take care of me. Arrived at 9 a.m., was second client and service ended at 12:15 p.m.! Much too long.
