I had a great experience at Mini of Monmouth, particularly with Matt Lipstein. This guy went out of his way to track down a car I had wanted after an original order was placed. Just above and beyond. This level of service is just not available today. It was well worth driving an hour to this dealership versus sticking with the local dealer. The entire process was easy, smooth, and actually fun. Matt earns SIX stars on this one.
My sales advisor Mathhew Lipstein was such a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable in all matters from start to finish and made the whole car buying experience very smooth. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a very helpful, extremely competent and an excellent representative at Mini.

I just leased a 2015 Mini Hardtop (in stunning LapisLuxury Blue!). It's my second Mini from this dealer. I came back for the simple reason that they offer, hands down, the best service and support I've ever had (EVER! Not just among dealerships.) I have wanted a Mini for the longest time and it was well worth the wait. I love the car. What an awesome vehicle. And, when it comes to service, Mini of Monmouth is the BEST. We have driven luxury cars in the past, but nothing compares to the service here. The Dealership showroom was awesome from the layout to the staff. Matt Lipstein was outstanding from the moment I walked in to take my test drive to the final day I signed my deal. Matt was very attentive, professional and accomodating to all my requests and questions. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
I've been thinking of trading my 4dr MBenz to a much smaller car, but can't decide which one to get until I found a certified mini cooper at Mini of Monmouth. I would rather prefer a pepper white color but when I saw the British racing green, I immediately fall in love with it. After a couple of hours, conversing with the staff which are so friendly and knowledgeable, I never left the place without the car. Overall, the dealership was environmentally friendly.
