I actually look forward to getting my Mini Cooper serviced! The staff is so friendly & the facility is very comfortable to wait for my car.
Had my mini cooper infor service and a few recalls that were corrected. the car was finished quicker than I thought it would be and everything including the recalls were completed.
Setting aside the pleasant, helpful staff on every occasion my visits have been a pleasure. The whole atmosphere is a good experience from the comfortable surroundings, the spotless bathrooms, great coffee and cheery work people
I purchased my mini here in 2013. I have always been able to schedule a service visit at my convenience and my car is always ready when promised. Recently I purchased a 2015 Mini convertible. One day I shifted into drive & the automatic stick shift popped totally off. When I was picking up my new license plates a technician looked at it & said it needed to be replaced. I was called when the part came in & it was a quick fix! Very professional, short visit + a car wash too! I am very pleased.
I bought my mini here in 2013, and I ALWAYS have a great experience when coming for service. Danielle and Kevin are the BEST!!!!! always take care of everything in a fast and friendly way !
Top notch service department, thorough and efficient. When I called to say I had a flat, Danielle said, "are you ok, and I'll take care of it"... Perfection! Exact words I wanted to hear!
As always, the service was exceptional. I brought the car in unannounced with an unexpected problem in the middle of my work day. Not only did they take the car in immediately to diagnose the problem, but they gave me a loaner car so I could go grab some lunch and make a meeting on time! They were fast and efficient, and MINI was back on the road by evening! It is so comforting to know that Monmouth MINI has my back during an emergency. Thank you!!
I had shopped around to many dealerships for my custom MINI Cooper S but at the end of the day I had a great experience at Mini of Monmouth! Such a FAST turn around on a custom made 4 door hard top took only 4 weeks after deposit!!!
