I've had terrible experiences in the past with other dealerships where it was either a huge waste of my time (Spent 6 hours in a dealership once because they would not give me back my license) or the dealer/salesman did not know about their own cars or competitor's cars. Prompt, courteous and efficient is the way I would describe this experience. Danielle the representative who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process took all of 10 minutes. Definitely one of the best service experiences I have had.

I had a very pleasant service experience at Mini of Monmouth recently. The people at Mini always treat me with the upmost respect. They told me exactly what service they were doing and an approximate time when my car would be finished. The waiting area is very comfortable and they even offer free coffee and snacks.
Danielle in the Service Dept earns 5 stars. In addition to her thorough handling of all service-related issues, she returns phone calls in a timely fashion!!
