This is the second time I have purchased from Mini of Monmouth. The entire staff from front desk, to sales, and service are top notch. Matt (our salesman) always greets us by name with a big smile and hug. He spends lots of time answering my questions, showing me around and finding the car that fits my lifestyle and budget. I have bought a lot of new cars over the years and I have to say that Matt and Kyle could not have been more accommodating. They are low pressure guys loaded wth knowledge of their product. It may be the first time that I ever felt great after dealing with Auto Sales people. They gave me a fabulous deal. Better than I ever expected and their follow up continues to be outstanding.
There was not one moment during the purchase of my Mini at Mini of Monmouth that I was not impressed. In my years of buying cars, I find in most cases, its an exhausting experience. Dealing with salesperson Whitney at Mini of Monmouth was far from that. General Manager, Kyle, was another great experience. Everything went smooth, we give them a 5 star rating plus!
Buying a car can be full of anxiety, but not a Mini of Monmouth. They work with you to put you in the car that suits your needs. Mike Sullivan is a great sales rep and does his utmost best to educate you on their vehicles and get you in a car that works within your budget. It was the best car buying experience ever. And Mini's are fun!
I have purchased many many many cars at different dealerships. This was my first experience at a Mini Cooper dealer. It was the best experience I've had. The salesman, Michael Sullivan was very helpful, professional and likable. He knows his product very well. That cannot be said for most new car sales staff.
The Dealership showroom was awesome from the layout to the staff. Matt Lipstein was outstanding since I originally started dealing with him 4 Years ago, this is My second car from him; Matt was very attentive, professional and accommodating; Kyle Berkeley (Sales Manager) was very understanding and try his best to assist with all my requests and questions.
