I have wanted a Mini Cooper for quite some time now and I was very happy to find a Laguna Green one with low miles at Mini of Monmouth. I drove 400 miles roundtrip to Monmouth New Jersey from Washington, DC and before doing so I called to inquire if this MINI had a USB for playing music. I was told it had one. When I arrived the car did NOT have a USB for music. I do believe this was a legitimate oversight but nonetheless I asked for some sort of compensation for the mix up.....perhaps bonnet stripes. I just purchased a 2013 Countryman S AWD for my wife; they provide the best deal in the tri-state area; the transaction is smooth every step of the way, even w/o me having to set foot in the dealership; car was delivered to the house as scheduled with all the paperwork completed. I was in the market searching for a very specific Mini for my wife, and on top of that my local dealer sounded very unprofessional. Hence, I have to expand my search to 400 miles radius. I am in falls church Virginia area and I looked at dealers all the way from Richmond, VA to Hartford, CT. I highly recommend their service center. I was going to purchase a Mini from another dealer and had them check it out. Their assessment saved me thousands of dollars on repairs had I bought the car. Thanks to their expertise I made a better choice. Additionally, the mechanics and staff were friendly, easy to talk to, and had a helpful attitude all along. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for fine service.

"Horrible. I called to get a roof rack. When connected to..." Horrible. I called to get a roof rack. When connected to parts they said they’d called me back if it had to be preordered. I left our mobiles. They had 10 year old numbers and ignored the mobiles. We told everyone as we got passed to different departments. There is ZERO attention paid to the customer

"New rim and oil change" I cracked a rim. After my confusion about whether it needed to be replaced, they reminded me that it did. Also got an oil change and nicely cleaned car, even though it was raining.

"World Class Service Department" Kevin and Danielle of the service department are among the most caring and professional individuals I’ve ever encountered in my life. I have worked 27 years in the airline industry and was In the U.S. Air Force for 9 1/2 years prior to that. They communicate beautifully and do not attempt to upsell unneeded work or services.
