Kyle helped my wife and I find a good used car deal. He was courteous and knowledgeable of the cars we looked at and was present throughout the whole car sale process. In the future we will be calling him for future car needs.

My experience with Mini of Madison was excellent. I had a scheduled appointment with Kyle Fetters to look at the 2012 Mini Countryman All Wheel Drive. When I arrived for my appointment. I came into mini of Madison to look for a new vehicle. Kyle helped me pick a the right car ( cooper coupe JCW) and helped me with my trade. Overall my experience was great! I feel like I got a fair price, and the knoledgable staff, Kyle and his manager, were very helpful. Five stars!!!

I would highly recommend working with Kyle if you are in the market for a car. He was a great salesman. He was really enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and he quickly followed up on any questions I had (both in person when I was at the dealership and by e-mail). He wasn't at all pushy, which I really appreciated since I needed a little time to reach a decision. I definitely felt like he wanted the whole car-buying experience to be a good one for me, and he was willing to do what it took to make that happen.

If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend this dealership and it particular Kyle Fetters as your Sales Representative. After shopping for a vehicle all day, Kyle was the first sales person to listen to my needs and match them with the vehicles on the lot. Because it was a blustery evening, Kyle brought the vehicle inside so that we could look over the car in the comfort of their attached garage.

Kyle was very knowledgable and friendly. He provided answers to all the questions I asked, and was diligent with follow-up when additional information was needed. All-in-all Kyle helped to make our buying experience postitive. I will recommend Kyle and the dealership in the future.

I live in Chicago and was visiting a relative in Madison and dropped by the dealership with my nephew on a Saturday when we had nothing to do. It was actually after closing hours for them, but they stayed open for us to look the cars over, test drive a couple and treated us better than I ever could have imagined. A couple of months later, I decided I really wanted a '12 Clubman, and I drove to Madison to order and purchase it through them, just because of the experience I had. My husband and I had only purchased one vehicle from a dealership prior to our experience working with Kyle at Zimbrick Mini and I was reluctant to even visit the dealership (because of the high pressure vibes I usually get when even entering a dealership lot). Alicia was very accommodating with my demands for a multiple appointment changes, a ride to the dealership and my choice of vehicle. I thought I was being a pain, but Alicia took it all in stride and still got me the car I wanted at a good price.
