Kyle took note of everything that I was looking for in a used MINI Cooper S and called me as soon as the perfect one came in that fit my needs. I didn’t waste anytime getting in to test-drive the MINI. He made sure to go over every detail with me so I really knew it before even purchasing it. He worked with my dad and I when negotiating on a price for the MINI. Overall, he was friendly and very knowledgeable of the big investment he was selling me. Sheena Manthey was very helpful in introducing us to the Mini. She answered all our questions fully. We were aware that she was new at her job but she did an excellent job selling us on the Mini. Eddie was extremely pleasant and down to earth and patient. He was accommodating and flexible. He made my car buying experience a really positive one and I would definitely recommend mini of Madison and Eddie, specifically, to friends!
Our experience with Eddie was great from start to finish. He made us feel welcome and relaxed. A new car purchase can be a stressful time, but we were at ease throughout the process thanks to Eddie. His manner was friendly and professional. We never felt pressured or rushed. I purchased a vehicle from Eddie Arb in 2011 and it was by far the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership! I'm a women and often get taken advantage of when looking for a new vehicle, but Eddie Arb was so helpful in finding me a vehicle that fit me and what I was looking for. Kyle offers great, personable support and it was a pleasure working with him to purchase my second Mini. The overall dealership doesn't offer quite the caliber of service that I got spoiled by @ Dreyer Reinbold Mini in Indianapolis but I would not hesitate to work with Kyle again and I will recommend him (and Mini!) to family and friends in the Madison area.
