This is a great dealership, and Kyle and Daleena were both very helpful and friendly. I actually live in a different city, but stopped in at Mini of Madison one day to look at another car that they had on their lot ... no appointment, just based on something I saw on their website. I was really happy with my experience! Kyle was super knowledgeable in the cars and was really sure he knew exactly what I wanted! He communicated really well by getting back to me AND checking to see how I liked my car so far.
Kyle was my first person of contact as I was browsing the lot. He provided just the right amount of assistance - he didn't bug me but I knew he was available if and when I had questions. Kyle is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and his enthusiasm is contagious. It was a very enjoyable experience purchasing a car from Mini of Madison. The staff is friendly and helpful. The showroom is clean and contemporary, and properly showcases a very unique product in the marketplace. I would recommend them to anyone.
I wasn't sure what type of car I wanted to buy. Itest drove 3 different ones. Kyle was the sales rep that new his stuff about the mini. The sales people at the other dealerships , to me, didn't seem to care if I bought a car from them or not. Kyle was answering questions about the car I didn't even ask yet. My Clubman is my very first brand new car and my experience at Zimbrick Mini very good.
Went to dealership to buy new Countryman S All4. Kyle was our our salesman. Was very helpful with the options and features of the car. He seemed to have a genuine passion of MINI and it showed. We were in the dealership for along time, but kinda our fault due to wanting to take delivery same day. They were willing to assist with that. Dealership was clean and appealing.
Kyle was my main contact at Mini and he was (and I believe will continue to be) fantastic to work with. He knows the cars well and took the time to help me define what I wanted in the car. Once that was figured out, he and Shawn were able to track one down and get it to the dealership within enough time that I could still take advantage of some of the current deals. I'm looking forward to a continued excellent relationship with the dealership.
Kyle and his manager Chuck and their loan officer Daleena were all a pleasure to work with! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I was thrilled with the price of the car I bought as well as the amount they gave me on my trade-in. I would definitely do business with this dealership again, and also recommend them to my friends.
I have been dealing with Zimbrick for years and wanted to remain with a Zimbrick Dealership because follow up, service and attention to detail. Everyone I dealt with was professional and my questions were answered clearly and with the best detail. Kyle was great to work with and I have nothing but good to say about him. Daleena was as well very helpful and patient. Chuck was a great guy and again had an excellant experience I will be back again and as always will give high ratings to this dealership,it was a pleasure
