Before I had even walked in the door, Eddie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was on the lot, looking at cars on my lunch break, and Eddie came out to me, helped me realize I didn't need to be in the unbearable heat, and I could get most of my questions answered inside. I stopped in a few times as I weighed my options between Mini and another car, and Eddie was never pushy, always informative, and just a great resource. A great experience.
I cruised the web on Autotrader.com and found the car that I was interested in at Mini of Madison. I also went to Mini of Madison's site to get a feel for the company. I went to the dealeship on a very very hot day. One of the first things that Kyle Fetters did was to offer me a bottle of water. I had very limited time to look that day, but came back and did a test drive with Kyle. Little things like mis-placed titles were not a problem to wrapping up the deal. i am very satisfied with my purchase.
Sheena was very polite, easy to talk with, not pushy, did not try to add on anything. She listened to us, found every answer for us, and helped us out the next day as well when we had a question. She knew we had a time limit, and used all of her resources to make it happen in the time that we had.
Sheena was great, I found the car, but unfortunately after someone else decided to take a test drive and put a hold on it. Sheena called me when they didn't take it, but again, unfortunately I arrived after someone else had taken it and put a hold on it. After they declined the car she was able to fax me the paperwork to put a hold long enough for me to come take a test drive. I love the car and would definitely refer Sheena to anyone else looking. This was the best car buying experience that I have every had! Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Eddie worked to uncover my needs before he ever tried to show me a car. He was very helpful in coordinating the resources of the dealership to put me in the perfect car for us. The sales manager (Chuck) and finance (Dave) were also super friendly and very knowledgeable. Sheena was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment that I walked into the dealership, she greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me to all things Mini. For a variety of reasons, this is the fifth car (4 new, 1 used) that we have purchased in the past 2 years from local dealers - two from Smart, one from Zimbrick used (Fish Hatchery Road), and one from Lancaster Scion (East). Very seamless process to trade our vehicle and purchase our Mini Cooper with less pressure and more attention to our needs than I've experienced in other used car-buying experiences. Kyle did a great job of explaining the vehicle and its features while understanding our familiarity with BMW features (we've had 5) and their commonality with the Mini Cooper. It was a pleasure to work with the team throughout.
