Eddie was great to work with and really helped me find the perfect car. He gave me a thorough run through of how the car worked before I took it off the lot. Great job Eddie! Would definitely recommend him to others in the future.
Took my 2008 Mini in for service work. While there went for a test drive in a similar 2012 Mini, with Kyle. Ended up jacking up my license plates & replacing everything inbetween, except the floor mats. Kyle was a pleasure to work with. I'd give a top notch rating to Keith M. in the service dept., also. Keith is a very pleasant/congenial person, and very forthcoming with technical information. I learned a lot in my conversations with him, and he should get equal credit for my decision to buy.
I had a great time and the customer service was the best I have ever had Eddie was very friendly and was superb and was super hopeful. Eddie and Casey helpped me stay in my price range and helpped break down payments. The price was amazing and I would highly recommend mini of madison.
Eddie is one of the best sales professionals in the car business I have dealt with in over 30 years of buying automobiles from minivans to Beemers. He is very engaging, fun, and super knowledgeable about the brand. I thought his service was so outstanding I bought him a restaurant coupon so that should say it all. Kyle Fetters was my salesperson, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He made this buying experience a real pleasure! Because I am a couple hours away from the dealer I had to relay on Kyle to give me honest interpretation of the condition of the vehicle. Once I saw the car I am happy to say there were no surprises. My wife and I live in an area which was equally distant from Mini of Madison, known as MOM, and another dealership in the Chicago suberbs. We are about 2 hours from both locations. I had an awesom experience w/ Kyle Fetters the weekend before the 2012 Memorial Day weekend I stopped in the Zimbrick Mini of Madison to test drive a Mini Cooper Countryman.
