Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, approachable, funny, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. I feel so very lucky that Kyle approached my husband and I when we walked in because from that moment forward, it was hands down the best car buying experience I ever had. A good salesperson makes the sale - a great salesperson makes the sale and everyone leaves the table satisfied, happy, and comfortable with the transaction. For as long as Kyle is selling cars, I'll be buying them from him.

Went to Mini of Madison to check out a used Volkswagen that they had received on trade, and was very happy with the experience. Alicia, the salesperson I worked with, was great to talk to and showed a personal interest in getting me the car I really wanted. The interior of the dealership is suitably funky and modern, and offered free beverages for the brief waits I encountered. I would highly recommend this dealer to my friends -- as a matter of fact, I already have.

Today me and my father were looking for a vehicle for myself. We went in knowing basically what we wanted and were hoping for a reduced price of some sort. Kyle directed us to the car we wanted, and it had a nice discount since it was used as a loaner car. The tailpipe of my fiance's 96 Nissan Altima rusted off the other day so I was looking for a car for her to drive. We needed something small, reliable in the Wisconsin snow, with a lot of safety features, easy on the gas, and FUN!!!! I am from out of state, so I delt primarily with Kyle over the phone and online. He responded very quickly by both methods. He answered all of my questions directly and honestly. I pretty much knew what I wanted going in; Kyle listened to what I wanted and did everything in his power to make the deal work for me and save me time on Pick-up day. It was GREAT to work with Alicia! I asked her honest questions and she gave me honest answers! She has a great personality and put me at ease as it had been a little while since I had bought my first car. If I had to do the process again, I would chose to work with Alicia again!
