Do not waste your time Bino Garcia is the rudest car salesman i have had the misfortune of meeting. I went into the dealership having done my research on what I wanted and he tried to bully me into ordering a car right then and there and when I said I had to sleep on it he said "what do you need to think about?" Horrible experience!!!! Not recomended!!!! Called in for 2007 BMW 530i, got transfered to Krystal Fobbs. Really liked the vehicle and wanted to purchase it. Asked her if they will do any better on price. She sad that she needs to talk with used car Manager. I have been waiting for 5 hours to get the answer. Having no response I start calling and no answer. I have send her an e-mail. Unfortunately in this particular situation the car had multiple offers in house on it when you called in. We were on hold due to finance reviewing our first offer for approval. Wait and Wait Had to go thru the Finance Department. They said they had more than expected people buying cars. They had me and my wife wait for over 3 and 1/2 hours to purchase a used car for cash. Sales person said she would have the vehicle with a full tank. Did not happen. Asked if they change the oil filter and oil, never got an answer.
