X5 35i 2013 Car serviced Again, there are over charges in labor my car was there for 2 1/2hours. At 2pm, I saw the car being road tested then washed so the actual mechanic labor work was not 2 1/2 hours. This is really wrong to over charge in that way that why people donot service thier cars at the dealers.

Car is broken didn't have for 30 days WOW I purchased a used car. Didn't have the car for 30 days yet and the car has already costed me $1500. The salesman ensured me that they will inspect the car and make sure the car is in good condition. I am sure not everyone has a negative experience. I had a negative experience and it's probably not the norm. However, everything that happened could have been avoided. - Spent 8 hours in the dealership (mostly waiting). recent purchase experience Sales representative Alexi was great. Excellent support. Financial component was very slow. We waited one hour to make payment. Facilities are old for a BMW level dealership.
Mr. and Mrs. Davidson Bought a CPO X6. Had a chip in the windshield, noticed it as we were about to leave the dealership (why didnt they notice it) or did they, and tried to get away with it? They "fixed" it and the fix caused 2 more small cracks. Drove home anyway, thinking it needed to "cure". Never got better and also had a circle about the size of a half dollar around the cracks. Disappointed buyer I cannot believe the experience I had at this dealership. Where is the customer service you would expect from a “premium” dealership. I say “premium” because that’s what they tell you. This dealership is not premium. I think the employees there hate their job. I don’t think they want to be there. I did not see a single employee there with a smile. Everyone there looked depressed as if they just found out that they were fired for poor customer service.
