questions on 2003 Boxster S I sent them emails asking details like what color and what kind of transmission. Never heard back, but did here from one of their reps asking when I wanted to test drive the car. Since she couldn't answer, I went elsewhere...........
Another disappointing experience at BMW Poor customer service from the moment you get in. They almost make you beg for a loaner, overprice their services, and have poor manners in interacting with customers.

Services Just an oil change, nothing to really experience. Normal time for a place like this. Coffee was okay, people could be friendlier, service folks such as Luis was very friendly.

Not enough time in the day I brought my car in for its first service at 1 year. I wanted oil change, wiper blades, maintenance check and repair or wheels (warranty coverage). Explained all of this on the phone. Told should be taken care of in one day and will be provided a loaner. Arrive to appointment, no documentation of wheel repair or wiper blades. The WORST Dealership The worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. The dealership was cluttered and it did not feel as it were a BMW dealership. I am never going back. I took my car to get serviced and the dealership ripped me off. They focused on having me change the labor intensive parts. A $100 part cost me $849 to change. They also changed several parts that weren't necessary and I had to have those parts removed so that I was not overcharged.
