Felt Rushed The car salesman seemed annoyed that I didn’t come in knowing exactly which car I wanted, and told me to look one up online and have a list. He didn’t want to negotiate a price and I don’t feel I got a good deal.

Humiliated costumers Went to the dealership to purchase the i8 My husband and I where ready to test drive the vehicle and Bryan the sales manager didn’t trust us even though he had our insurance and driver license after we had our m4 appraised to trade it in We felt the he was being racist because we are Hispanic it was so humiliating

Unorganized, unfair and uncaring Was ready to buy a car after my partner saw it. Told salesmen when I would return with gf and drove the 30min to see it. Was told car was in shop. I was also given a trade in estimate for 1/2 of Carmax quote and 1/4 the Blue Book Value. Something needs to change at this dealership for them to be legit and worth doing business with.

I don't like to be lied too I was promised a second set of keys and when I called back to see when the keys are coming in. The salesman lied to me and said he never promised me that and he said he could not help me and hung up. Wow. Just wondering if that how y'all do business ?

Absolutely terrible dealership I would give half a star if I could. I have been to this location 4-5 times over the past few years for various reasons ranging from general service to more specialized work and each time they have put me through the ringer and found more and more problems to charge me for. Each time I have left with assurance that the next item was covered under warranty and each time I've been back they have miraculously found another loophole to avoid taking care of me. Service I took my car in for service I did have a scheduled appointment. Tim Jue is my advisor & he is wonderful always very attentive to what you have to say about your car. On Friday, October 20, 2017, Tim had to leave but not before he took care of me. Tim informed me that he was leaving & that his co-worker I don’t remember his name, he sits across from Tim that he would complete the process once my car was ready. Horrible Service at Momentum BMW BMW Momentum is filled with unprofessional individuals. My husband was having complications with his BMW X6, so he took it to BMW Momentum and paid a total of $560 for two diagnostics they recommended ($178 for preliminary diagnostic and $380 for an extensive diagnostic). By doing this, they assured us they would be able to appropriately determine the issue to fix and have it running like new. Most Unorganized Dealership Ever I understand that buying a car can be quite a process, however, I have never experienced the mess that was my car buying process at Momentum. From having me sign the incorrect paperwork, and needing to FedEX me the correct one to sign, to the MULTIPLE calls to ask me to send proof of residence, something of which they NEVER mentioned they needed while I was actually at the dealership purchasing the car. Below Average Experience I spent over 6 hours waiting to complete the financing process. I offered to come back later but ended up feeling like a hostage. When I came back later to actually pick up the car I had purchased, it felt like a DIY process. Someone handed me the keys (not my sales person) and pointed to the car. No one did a walk around with me of the car I had purchased or asked if I had any needs or issues. I expected more courtesey and consideration. Maybe I have been spoiled by my past buying experiences.
