Do not rely on Momentum's web page used car ads I spent a frustrating few hours emailing Mr. Vela about a specific used model listed on the Momentum web page, an X3 35i. I guess product ads are just a way to get you to the dealership. Mr. Vela was prompt in requesting my credit information. Though six hours after my first email the tactic appeared to be switching me to an X3 28i; coincidentally there are an abundance of choices of the 28i. I will not again trust their internet sales.
They never responded to my inquiry I inquired about a used Land Rover via Cars.com. I never heard from anyone at the dealership so I drove to the dealership to see for myself. I walked around the front of the lot and could not find the car, so I asked a sales person if the white Land Rover has already been sold. His response was "We have too many cars, I don't have them all memorized". So I said I would look myself if he could tell me where it would be parked and he pointed to a back lot. No response to Email about car on website, Spoke with internet sales about preowned, printed what was available. When came to dealership was told website is 2-3 days behind the(possibly applied )updates and the car I was interested in had been sold. Poor sale man ship from Troy Trying to buy a 3 series from Troy Mcallister this guy made us test drive the car start the application process requesting a millions documents waiting for days now .. He can't tell us if I being approve or not .. He don't answer or return phone calls .. I really believe Bmw had more professionals than this.

Sold Cars should be removed more timely Response was great when I inquired about a car and told it had been sold. But as I continued my search the car was still listed for weeks. I also told the Sr. Sales rep they type of car, mileage and price point...but they still insisted I come for a 30min visit to be on their VIP list. Why waste my time coming in if you don't have the car I am interested in (or similar) to show me.
$20K down and still not a luxury experience I bought my Certified Pre-Owned BMW 328i from there. I found it online and flew into Houston to test drive the car. Loved it. My dealer was a shark. Not willing to negotiate, did not offer water/coffee and later bribed me to give all "10s" for the BMW survey. She said if I give all tens she would give me BMW cap or shirt (this should've been included). Needless to say I didn't give all 10s and I never received it. 3 weeks in advance Service Reservation Today, I am reserving a service appointment three weeks in advance for a very simple oil-change/state inspection on Monday, October 14, 2013. I will wait for my vehicle in the customer service lobby (great area with excellent WiFi) and provide a review as to whether I had to wait too long for these very simple services in lieu of the fact that I am reserving this appointment three weeks in advance. I have had my vehicle serviced here before and it took way too long.
