Horible experience! Not only did my car have a recall, but they were completely disinterested in repairing it. After waiting on Momentum for over 6 months I got no response. Finally, after speaking with BMW Customer Relations, my part was magically available. Every step of the process at Momentum was either a mistake, rude representative, or poor workmanship. I ended up in a downgraded loaner for almost a month for a "2 hour" fix. They messed up more than they helped. I might buy another BMW but would Never go to Momentum ag... read more

The worst car dealers ever!!! The worst experience ever! I do not usually write bad reviews but seriously please do not get you in troubles with these unprofessional people, folks! My story is epic and unbelievable! My husband and I talked with Donyell (one of the managers over there) and Tatiana to work on a BMW X1 deal on December 31st, 2016. My Experience So I purchased a cash car and the next day the check engine light came on. I brought it back after 3 days and $600 of additional work done on it. I was not satisfied because the light was still on. Ivan P. and Mai N. went far and beyond to help get me out of that car and into something else. I believe in reviews as well as where I spend my money. I would recommend this dealership based solely on the excellent customer service I received.

Iman sadegh Horrible email reply time. Didn't provide me With a copy of carfax like I asked since I'm out of state and was willing to make a trip to Purchase the viper. Constant run around and no details.

BMW Newbie Nice buying experience. If you can sell me a car and not make me angry, you have done an incredible job. It would have been a five star rating had the certified pre owned car been detailed properly. Took delivery of it with stains in the headliner and beach sand still in the console controls and cargo area. Sales representative apologized and took complete responsibility offering another detailing but l live 150 miles away and it's not worth the hassle.

BMW service Went to get my vehicle fixed & used warranty. took 2 wks before I got my car back, rep did not call me to tell me what was covered & what was being replaced. I didn't get a call until my car was ready, which was pretty nice just took long & one of the items on my list was not fixed because of the warranty co.

BMW Service I am a little disappointed since I came in thinking service was due at 5K miles a couple of weeks ago and was told that no service was required till 9K miles. My service warning came up 2 days back and then i had to bring in the car, had to wait for a long time to get to speak to a service advisor.

Bad Experience Took my 7 series to check my alignment since my right wheel was inwards after hitting a curb. They claim to have done the alignment and told me i had a problem with the suspension, and knuckles that the right side was lower that the other sides. Took it to another shop and as soon as he lifts the car he sees the tie rod is broken. Just wondering how they missed that and how they performed an alignment successfully on it.
