"Great experience" Sean was a great help in deciding in the car and going over it. This is my fifth Infiniti - so far, so good. I would come back to Fields.
"Excellent Service " Love the facility, breakfast and lunch, loner cars and upfront & honest service. They keep you updated on service and a comfortable environment to sit and wait.
"Another nice visit!" The technicians are very thorough, they make sure you only fix what's necessary... my service representative Miss Rhianna text good care of me! And the delicious meals are always a nice treat.
"Excellent" The location of the dealer is very convenient. The sales person, James Won is very knowlegable and well-mannered. The service at the cafe is courteous .
"Simple service check with oil change" All was fine. Check in was fast and convent. Waiting area was pleasant. Could have been faster overall or more accurate with time to complete estimates.
"They Make It Easy" Scheduled service & arranged for loaner. Dealer identified a recall as well. Everything went as planned. Rhianna reached out with progress reports & requested additional service, which I approved. Picked up car mid-afternoon. I had forgotten to mention "low battery on key fob" message in dash & 2 replacements were provided at no charge.
"Excellent customer care and service " The service staff is always friendly and welcoming. They discuss the extent of the maintenance to be performed, along with any potential future service issues. The wait times are always accurate, or faster than expected.
"quick, cost less than expected " Nice to receive call that some of my 60k svc was previously done, so total cost ended up being less than anticipated. Text messages with updates very easy and convenient.
"Very Nice Dealership" George, Mike, and Todd were very nice and listen to our needs. Would recommend the dealership. This is our 2nd infiniti in our family from this dealership.
