"Oil Change" Fast friendly service. Love that they have loaners for an oil change because my time is valuable and I was able to accomplish other things while the work was being completed.
"Service appointment " Tommy always makes sure you get in and out of the dealership without having to wait around if you don't want to, or have another appointment. He understands time is valuable.

"I had a recall and needed an oil change for my Q50" I had a wonderful experience with my service guy. He was polite and a pleasure to work with. He promised a time for pick up and my car was ready on time. He helped me use the coupons.
"10,000 mile service" The service at fields is unmatched, i was in the market for a new car for the mrs and as we shopped when we would visit the service departments of various other dealerships I keep comparing it to Fields. Thus the reason I am on my 3rd purchase of a new car and they have all been at Fields, It is all because of the service department. Keep up the great job

"Great Service and Dealership" The service is always prompt and professional. The advisor and other advisors kept me informed on any update and if there were any issues found during the service. This is the only Infiniti dealer/service I only trust compared to other places.
"First service visit " Went in for the 1st service visit for my 2016 Q50. Service went according to schedule. My representatve, Rianna was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful.
