"Fast and Friendly service" The team at Fields Infiniti were fast and courteous. I was out in less than an hour and was a walk in. The amenities made the time pass even faster and I had lunch complements of the dealership.
"Tommy and his team are great" Always a great service experience. Prompt service - availability of loaner cars and good quality work. Feel fairly treated. Facility is very clean and well kept.
"Oil change" Very good - nice if the internal car wash was more thorough - they finished faster than I thought. Nice breakfast while I was waiting. I will come back for the next oil change
"Very pleasant experience" My wife actually brought the car in for the services it needed and was amazed how helpful all people were. I received texts on my phone as to the progress of the service being done and it allowed us to plan on when the car would be ready for pick-up. The service technician was able to locate and fix a "rattle" I have had in the dashboard as well as perform all the other general maintenance needed. "Routine service " Great to work with. Efficient, punctual, very friendly and accommodating. I have always had a pleasant experience here with everyone I have had the pleasure of working with.
"Excellent care of my Infinity M37!" The service is consistently prompt, carefully explained, and completed in a timely matter and excellent qulaity. The environment is very comfortable and gracious. It was a pleasure.
"Service for car." I had an oil change and brakes replaced. Mthemwork,was done well. Tommy Nikolov is a great service representative. Always knowledgeable and courteous. George Fan is an awesome salesman.
"Always exceptional" We only buy Infiniti cars and there are two reasons; the quality of the product and equally important; the quality of the service. Fields has always provided a first rate service experience; getting the job done right, pleasant and helpful people and a nice place to wait if you so choose.
"2011 M5.6 check engine light" Had car towed in when warning light went on and could not drive above 10mph. Prompt, courteous and considerate service. Received a loaner similar to my car and was able to get back to work timely. Was an expensive repair covered under recall unknown to me, was even offered lunch when in to pickup. Car runs like new. Love the Fields dealership.
