They held the car for me, and provided me a loaner for nearly a week before I even agreed to buy the car. The entire staff was friendly, the dealership itself was great, and I have no complaints.

He took me for a test drive and explained the workings of the car. When I picked the car up Bill spent over an hour explaining all of the various features of the car. The finance dept. went smoothly as well.

We purchased, only because of Sam Badro. Sam provided a transparent and professional business transaction -- without any pushy, or deceitful, sales tactics. "Jim was terrific in terms of his professionalism, sales..." Jim was terrific in terms of his professionalism, sales skills and follow up. He was always asking the appropriate questions, but not being overly intrusive. He was fair and honest with his comments and approach. As a customer you felt valued and taken care of by Jim and this was even before we purchased a vehicle. We decided to purchase from Jim and Infiniti in Glencoe, IL b/c of Jim. We wanted him to have the sale.
