"Easy." Made the experience of getting new tires for my vehicle very smooth. People were nice to deal with and they got me a loaner car.

"Oil change and tire pressure" Tommy took care of everything efficiently and even applied the coupon when I told him I had left mine at home. I am always happy to have Tommy to work with.

"Very good experience" I do not know very much about cars, but Tommy explained the problem with words I was able to understand and with high professionalism. I recommend Fields Infiniti to my friends and family because I always received the best attention and service.

"Excellent Service " There’s nothing much more to say other than excellent service. I came in for a recall without an appointment, but they still took care of me right away. They did it with no issues, without disciplining me for being there without an appointment, and with no pushback. I’ll be sure to have an appointment next time. But rest a sure, when need to, there will be that opportunity of a “next time” at that location.

"Always Great service" Field's Infiniti always provides exceptional service. Their service advisors are always courteous very knowledgeable. The service area super clean. The loaner cars are plentiful. The service is done with efficiency and speed.

"Customer Service At The Highest Level" I recently visited Fields Infiniti to have my 2017 Q50S serviced. I decided to have the dealership replace my runflat tires with Michelin tires that I requested. Before visiting, I called and spoke to David Ritter. I explained what I wanted to do. He set me up for an appointment exactly when I requested and explained all the amenities Fields Infiniti had to offer. Needless to say, I was excited to bring my vehicle in for service.
