"Tire rotation and oil change " I had a great experience. Eveyone was very nice and helpful. It was a plus to be able to eat there as well. I love that my car gets washed too.
"Unscheduled " I called the service department in the evening about a problem with sensors and interior lights. Ari told me to cone in the morning and he would make sure the problem would be handled. I came in for service without an appointment and Ari was extremely helpful. He arranged for my car to be fixed while I waited.
"Great Help" This time person who was greeting me was fully helpful even he helped me with installing my car seat in loaner car wasn't helped last visit other personnel . Thank You.
"Oil change & tire rotation " Friendly & reasonably quick service, Done. by the time I finished eating lunch at their counter. Showed me the work that was done & washed the car for me.

"Best Customer Service" All of the Fields Dealerships are fabulous! Infiniti Sevice techs kept me informed and explained everything to me in great detail. I love their customer waiting area! Great breakfast options and great lunch options. I will always come back!
"Service check up" Juan was leading service effort. He was exceptional. Good job of explaining everything. They even serve you breakfast! Great experience probably best dealer service visit I have had.
"Sensor service on QX-30" Service was great, free breakfast and loaner vehicle. Fields dealerships have outstanding customer services and amenities. My daughter loves it there some much she wants to go back every weekend. must be the free icecream.
"Outstanding professioinal employees." Every employee at Fields Infiniti seems to be dedicated to serving the customer. Each employee has the happy and helpful demeanor. If I had to single out one special employee it would have to be Service Agent Tommy. Tommy has been working with me since I bought my FX35 back in 2012.
