"Needed to add the SOS software. " When in for an Oil change and was notified that I did not have "onStar." Even though I think I made my service rep, Dave, late for the Cubs game - he made a sure I was completely taken care of. The only downfall was that the actual service was slow to no fault of the rep.
"Efficient" Efficient service in a comfortable waiting area. Free hot breakfast made to order. Recommended services are explained. Not pressured to perform immediately. Car wash also included.
"Great Service" Tommy was wonderful. Aside from being courteous and friendly he communicated accurately what needed to be done. The service was great. The loaner was ready for me and I was in and out quickly.
"Professional and quick service" My sixth Infinity and always have great service at Fields. Will go out of my way to purchase and have service done at Fields. Facility is first class
"Got my tire fixed" Food and staff are great. It makes the 2 hour wait go by fast. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. I will always go back for service.
"Sixty Thousand Maintenance" While we live in the City, our experience with the Fields Infiniti both sales and service has always been truly exceptional. We would never go anywhere else.
"Service Experience" Quickest service associate I experienced. Had my loaner ready and pulled in "front" of my car instead of behind. So when I was ready to leave with all my belongings I could just drive away. Instead of the usual waiting for someone to move my car. When my car was ready he called and texted me. Thank you Ariani!
"Tommy is a wonderful Service Advisor" Tommy treats you as customer but with the comfortable attitude of a friend. I always trust what he tells me and he is always humble. He is the person I would send my spouse to and know she would receive accurate and fair advice even though her lack of knowledge about cars makes her vulnerable, That is the sign of a great service advisor.
"Exceptional Service!" Fields Infiniti of Glencoe has been providing me with first class customer service and car service for more than a decade now! Aside from their top-of-the-line cars, what I really like about them is their employees which are very professional, friendly, and highly knowledgable about car services. Keep it up!
