"Needed to add the SOS software. " When in for an Oil change and was notified that I did not have "onStar." Even though I think I made my service rep, Dave, late for the Cubs game - he made a sure I was completely taken care of. The only downfall was that the actual service was slow to no fault of the rep.

"Service Experience" Quickest service associate I experienced. Had my loaner ready and pulled in "front" of my car instead of behind.
