"fast and friendly" Fields process is exactly what you want. Prompt attention when dropping off my car for service. Nice loaner car when needed. Communication by text (as I requested as my preference) on status of work and any issues that come up are carefully explained. And easy pick up until as late at 9pm, and my car is freshly and thoroughly washed. And i drive away feeling good about my car. Its a great experience every time. that's why i have been a field customer for 14 years now.
"Very communicative and efficient." Fields tries really hard to make service a good customer experience. From the moment you arrive, to keeping you informed throughout the day and upon pickup.
"Great Service Department " I've used Fields' service dept about 10 times in the years I've owned my Infinity. I've always felt their service advisors actually act more like an advisor than someone trying to get me to do unnecessary service to my car. I have had particularly good experiences with Juan, who has been so nice to work with the last two times. I have to admit I enjoy taking my car there for service. The breakfast is a nice touch and I get time to work remotely in a pleasant place.
"done right" Everything done exactly as requested. Received text when car ready. Text also suggested additional work with exact costs, so no surprises. And everyone very polite and helpful. Tommy, the service department man in charge of me was great.
"Service Experience " As always, Tommy was welcoming and helpful. He is a pleasure to work with. In addition, he gives me clear info regarding any recommended maintenance. He is respectful with the repairs I choose to allow the service department to take care of. "The best in the Midwest" You won't find a better dealership. Everyone treats you like you're Royalty. I never leave the service area with anything but the knowledge that I was treated fairly, respectfully and that my car was serviced with 100% care.
"QX60 service" Oil change & tire rotation done to my satisfaction. Breakfast was also served and was complimentary. This is an amenity that probably is not offered at very many dealerships, but is appreciated.
"Quarterly check up, oil change and inspection" Very efficient service, done rapidly. I did not have a loaner but waited and was out in an hour and a half. Wedding and reception areas were clean and very comfortable
