Extremely limited menu. No specials. No bread or anything placed on table. Best food item was Ricotta Fig Arugula Salad. Unfortunately other food items were mediocre. It’s a shame cause we were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday. We were truly looking forward to this restaurant experience but very disappointed honestly. Waiter seemed nice and service okay but everything else subpar. I am so sorry to say this but it’s the truth. Thank you.
Entrees never arrived in Tim for us to get at Jazz loft. They had a wedding on site but staff at the loft said this is a common complaint. Waitress was lovely and told the kitchen multiple times. Ok for cocktails and app but forget entree unless you have unlimited time.
Food did not match the ambiance. Both Branzino and Halibut were overcooked/dry. Tomatoes in the Heirloom Tomato Salad were pale and tasteless. Water was never refilled.
Very expensive for the low quality of food / options provided for Mother’s Day. Also wasn’t expecting to be charged for juice / soda. Felt non alcoholic drinks should have been included given the price. While the ambience was pretty, the overall value isn’t worth it IMO. There was also a fly in my drink which I get happens but also did not leave me with a great first impression.
Overpriced / limited buffet selection. The food was not the best
Unfortunately, the hot buffet food wasn't even lukewarm! The breakfast pancakes & french toast were cold & hard. The shrimp & cold salads were good. The omelette chef was very good & our server was very nice. Having eaten here many times , this is the first time that we were very disappointed.
I loved Mirabelle for over 25 years when the restaurant was at its original location in St James. Last night was very disappointing. The food was anywhere from bad to mediocre. The presentation was anything but French. The service was slow due to bad management (one waitress the entire dining room) And to top it off the restaurant closed at 8PM. I would not go back. It is the end of an Era specialy since chef Guy Reuge retired.
The service by the waiter was great--he was very good. However, it took almost an hour for the food to arrive ---and the place was not at all crowded. The food was fair but overpriced for the portions served-- better value at a number of other nearby establishments. We are there fairly frequently for dinner and find that is often "hit or miss"--sometimes very good with fine menu selection and good portions, but other times very disappointing--- we know these sentiments are shared with a number of our friends who are all loca... read more
The service was atrocious. Very slow to receive the appetizer. And then another extremely long delay before we got our main course. We won't be going back to Mirabelle for a long time, if ever.
