My wife and I recently refinanced our house to a 10 year 3.00% loan. Craig Lipson from the Money Store was very easy to deal with. He emailed us the link for all the docs with electronic signatures. He provided me the list of exactly documents I would need to provide. I was able to scan them and email all of them to him. When we closed, Craig set up a notary to come to our house after work. In about 30 minutes, everything was signed and ready to close! I would recommend Craig Lipson!
Craig Lipson of the Money Store aka MLD Mortgage has helped me with two refinances. Both were done extremely fast with a minimum of confusion. The rates were extremely completive and with extremely low out of pocket costs. In fact if speed is your concern then I would highly recommend Craig.
