Had test performed at the ********** location. ****** and ****** took care of me. They were very professional, explained everything in detail and did their best to make sure I was comfortable. I showed up an hour early for my test and they were able to take me on in, which made me very happy as well.

I used to hate going to the Lake ********* Office. I have had the need to go in on 12/23 and was pleasantly surprised of people being nice. They usually dispatched you with call this #. I could not get the test done due to an electronic gadget in my chest. The lady told me to sit down, and she made the calls found where I could get test done and made the appointment. I'll give them 3 stars because I had a positive experience in the past, and now a negative. This time (the negative experience) I had two scans done, results for one scan came back nice and on time, I am still waiting for the results of the other scan 11 days later (website says turnaround is 1-3 days, verbally they tell you 3-5). I had a very good experience bringing my elderly mother there for MRI. The front desk was helpful and patient and the Tech was very compassionate and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back. I went to the Fashion Square Location off 68th St.

WE WERE TOLD TO ARRIVE AT 7:45 AM FOR AN 8:00 AM APPT THE DOORS OF THE FACILITY DIDN'T OPEN UNTIL 8:00 AM NO ACCOMODATION TO WAIT OTHER THAN STAND FOR 15MINS AN 82YR OLD WOMAN , WAITED FOR AN HOUR TO BE TOLD SHE WAS NOT HYDRATED ENOUGH FOR THE PROCEDURE AND WOULD NEED TO RESCHEDULE INSTRUCTION WERE NPO PAST MN OTHER THAN WATER HOW MUCH WATER WOULD SHE CONSUME DURING THE HOURS OF MIDNITE AND 7:45 AM PLS HIRE STAFF THAT ARE MORE KNOWLEDGABLE THAN TO GIVE THOSE TYPE OF INSTRUCTIONS AND ACT AS IF IT'S THE PATIENTS FAULT TESTING ... read more

They won't stop calling me. I have told the repeatedly to remove me from the system but as soon as I answer to tell them that the calls increase. This has been going on for 6 months.

I had gone to simonmed imagining on Feb 10, 2025 2 ultrasound and a mamo. I paid $471.73 on that day from what the person told me when I was checking in. I checked my claim status and it shows that I should of paid $222.39. I have emailed simonmed twice already and no response from them. There is a difference of $249.34.
