Had test performed at the ********** location. ****** and ****** took care of me. They were very professional, explained everything in detail and did their best to make sure I was comfortable. I showed up an hour early for my test and they were able to take me on in, which made me very happy as well.

I used to hate going to the Lake ********* Office. I have had the need to go in on 12/23 and was pleasantly surprised of people being nice. They usually dispatched you with call this #. I could not get the test done due to an electronic gadget in my chest. The lady told me to sit down, and she made the calls found where I could get test done and made the appointment. I'll give them 3 stars because I had a positive experience in the past, and now a negative. This time (the negative experience) I had two scans done, results for one scan came back nice and on time, I am still waiting for the results of the other scan 11 days later (website says turnaround is 1-3 days, verbally they tell you 3-5). I had a very good experience bringing my elderly mother there for MRI. The front desk was helpful and patient and the Tech was very compassionate and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back. I went to the Fashion Square Location off 68th St.

This is the worst place - their equipment is old and half the time broken down - their (supposed radiologist) are inconsistent with their reporting on findings of Xray. It takes them forever to get an xray report to you I am going to request my doctor to no longer have me go to this unprofessional and unequipped place. They take people's lives into their hands and don't have the staff to manage. Any recommendations for better imaging places in *******? This is the bottom of the pit

They get 1 star for the ones doing the imaging they are great from the front desk to the scheduling they **** . I had three apointments scheduled that they canceled. They then rescheduled them for a month later. I then had issues with insurance for one of the three apointments. I called and asked them not to cancel because I was appealing the depile for service. One week before that third applinmet which was finally approved by the insurance company they canceled that one. They disregarded the notes on the order said not can... read more

I had gone to simonmed imagining on Feb 10, 2025 2 ultrasound and a mamo. I paid $471.73 on that day from what the person told me when I was checking in. I checked my claim status and it shows that I should of paid $222.39. I have emailed simonmed twice already and no response from them. There is a difference of $249.34.
