Had test performed at the ********** location. ****** and ****** took care of me. They were very professional, explained everything in detail and did their best to make sure I was comfortable. I showed up an hour early for my test and they were able to take me on in, which made me very happy as well.

I used to hate going to the Lake ********* Office. I have had the need to go in on 12/23 and was pleasantly surprised of people being nice. They usually dispatched you with call this #. I could not get the test done due to an electronic gadget in my chest. The lady told me to sit down, and she made the calls found where I could get test done and made the appointment. I'll give them 3 stars because I had a positive experience in the past, and now a negative. This time (the negative experience) I had two scans done, results for one scan came back nice and on time, I am still waiting for the results of the other scan 11 days later (website says turnaround is 1-3 days, verbally they tell you 3-5). I had a very good experience bringing my elderly mother there for MRI. The front desk was helpful and patient and the Tech was very compassionate and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back. I went to the Fashion Square Location off 68th St.

My issue is with billing. Called to inquire about out of pocket cost I paid for 2025 which they provided. The agent continued to inform me of multiple overpayments dating back to March of 2025 and continuing to now. Amount of overpayment to date is over 1600 dollars. Told because of open account activity they have to close it out before refund can be sent. Its been over a year since overpayments had started. I get at least one scan a month and from the way their holding my money due to account activity i will never see these... read more

Very difficult to get an appointment. And, they can't keep track of your information. They will ask for the same information over and over in order for you to get on the schedule. Once you have the work completed, it can take a very long time to get the results. Had a CT Scan done for an urgent medical issue, and it took day, and numerous calls, to get the report from the radiologist, which delayed the ability to seek medical treatment.

I had gone to simonmed imagining on Feb 10, 2025 2 ultrasound and a mamo. I paid $471.73 on that day from what the person told me when I was checking in. I checked my claim status and it shows that I should of paid $222.39. I have emailed simonmed twice already and no response from them. There is a difference of $249.34.
