The whole process was easier because of the staff at Monique Walker's office. All questions were answered. Good suggestions about contractors to hire. Most of the business was done long distance. The Monique Walker office made this easy but professional.

Monique and her team are outstanding! After a poor experience with another realtor, Monique was able to sell our home quickly and helped us find out perfect home. On the buy side, we took a long time as we were looking for something very specific and Pam was super patient with us, always willing to go look at homes. The Team was exceptionally responsive & helpful. The Transaction Coordinator kept me informed every step of the way and performed very well as an "in-between" for me, the Title Agency and the Lender. Was pleased with Kimberly also, she ensured that the TC and all necessary parties were kept up to date, contract amendments completed timely and so on. Highly recommend.
