Monique came over and detailed out for us steps in selling our home. Every step of the way was always a contact that would be diligent on completing what task needed to be completed. Communication is very big with her team and consequently our home sold in 2 days for full price. Can't ask for any better than that! Team member Pam Huggins saw us all the way through with the purchase of our new home. Shannon Newell was through both sale and purchase and was a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend Monique Walker!

The whole process was easier because of the staff at Monique Walker's office. All questions were answered. Good suggestions about contractors to hire. Most of the business was done long distance. The Monique Walker office made this easy but professional.
