I was relocating from Utah to Gilbert Az. Not knowing the area or anyone Monique became a valuable asset in my search for a home. She was patient and professional. Answered all questions and made me feel like I was her only customer. I definitely reccomendations to anyone I am aware of who is buying or selling a home.

We had such a wonderful experience with Monique Walker and her staff. Our house sold fast and for more money that we were asking. If there was ever a bump in the road one of her staff members would walk us through it or direct us to someone that could help us. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Monique and her team are what you hope for in professionals. They handled tricky negotiations and kept me informed. They were able to obtain above asking price which was really nice. Having a quality agent working for me allowed me to relax and not worry. I don't know what else I can say but I will use Monique and her team on next sale or purchase!
