I highly recommend Monique Walker and her team. They are incredible. They helped us sell our old home and buy another home. The entire process went very smoothly. Monique put us at ease at our first listing meeting, felt like she would be good to work with, and we decided to list with her on the spot. Kim did an excellent job as our listing coordinator, and Shannon as our transaction coordinator, both being very responsive to our questions and in keeping us informed of all progress along the way from listing to funding and recording.

Very professional and detailed oriented. No delays in processing all paperwork . Most of the transaction was done via email and document sign. We purchased the home in Arizona but reside in the state of Wisconsin. This was not an issue with Monique and her team. My wife and I are completely satisfied and looking forward to our move to Arizona.

Melani is everything you want in a realtor and more! The knowledge and expertise are so valuable and important when embarking on such a project as purchasing a new home. Many new to the industry can learn so much from Melani. I previously worked with an agent who had 20 years in the industry, but did not compare to the attention and time Melani took to get to know us as clients. We have not only gained a valuable realtor my family and friends will turn to for future sales and purchases, but gained a new friend.

Monique Walker was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs while selling my parents condo, which they purchased new in 1985. She responded immediately to any questions I had, and there were many. Her staff was also very unique in their ability to direct my concerns and have them taken care of immediately.
