Monique Walker was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs while selling my parents condo, which they purchased new in 1985. She responded immediately to any questions I had, and there were many. Her staff was also very unique in their ability to direct my concerns and have them taken care of immediately. I would recommend The Monique Walker team with the highest honors.

I was relocating from Utah to Gilbert Az. Not knowing the area or anyone Monique became a valuable asset in my search for a home. She was patient and professional. Monique and her team are what you hope for in professionals. They handled tricky negotiations and kept me informed. They were able to obtain above asking price which was really nice.
