I highly recommend Monique Walker and her team. They are incredible. They helped us sell our old home and buy another home. The entire process went very smoothly. Kim did an excellent job as our listing coordinator, and Shannon as our transaction coordinator, both being very responsive to our questions and in keeping us informed of all progress along the way from listing to funding and recording.

Very professional and detailed oriented. No delays in processing all paperwork . Most of the transaction was done via email and document sign. We purchased the home in Arizona but reside in the state of Wisconsin. This was not an issue with Monique and her team. My wife and I are completely satisfied and looking forward to our move to Arizona.
