Melani was great from day one! She helped us look at many homes and was always available. She was extremely patient and understanding to our needs and wants in our next property. She was the first agent in AZ to answer my call and act like I was the customer. We are investors now in AZ and she has our business for life!! She was amazing!

We responded to a phone call from Monique Walker offering her team's services in helping us market a house we inherited. She called us back the same day with a very fair offer from one of her investors and we accepted that offer. Over the following two months Monique and her team were very responsive to our questions as we cleared the house of personal property. Melani is a very sweet person. I knew immediately when we met that she was the realtor for me. She helped me find my new home quickly and it was exactly what I needed. Monique Walker was responsive to my needs prior to my signing on with she and her team! She got valuable MLS information to me for my estate lawyer. Asking what was important to me, she heard me when I requested the desire for a reasonable sale with fewer days on the market versus holding out for a higher price. The price agreed upon in listing was responded to within days and for our asking price. Her team kept me informed during the entire process...AND the sale closed in 5 weeks! Monique sells homes!

Without a doubt, Monique Walker knows her stuff. And has some very capable sidekicks to boot. After more than a year trying to sell with a real estate agent friend, we signed with Monique and she went right to work. She said that places usually get an offer every ten showings and would sell within an average of forty days. Our place received the offer at the tenth showing and at about forty days. We are extremely pleased with Monique and her team and would recommend her without reservation.

Ann was wonderful went beyond the call of duty in many different situations. We listed our property and had 3 offers in six days. (One was for full asking price!) Highly recommend.
