My family and I moved from out of state and were lucky enough to have Melani as our agent. Amazing from beginning to end. Without a doubt, Monique Walker knows her stuff. And has some very capable sidekicks to boot. After more than a year trying to sell with a real estate agent friend, we signed with Monique and she went right to work. She said that places usually get an offer every ten showings and would sell within an average of forty days. Our place received the offer at the tenth showing and at about forty days. We are extremely pleased with Monique and her team and would recommend her without reservation.

Ann was wonderful went beyond the call of duty in many different situations. We listed our property and had 3 offers in six days. (One was for full asking price!) Highly recommend.
