Terrible experience. Haircut was not what I wanted. I've never had to bleach my hair for so long before when dyeing and my hair feels totally fried now. The hairdresser went to work on another client at the same time so I was there way longer than was estimated. I followed the after appointment instructions and the color already started fading just a few days after the appointment. High prices.

I made an appointment online through their app which said it was $120 for partial highlights. When I went in there, they said it was going to be over $300 for partial highlights and that they didn't know if they could get me platinum, which I always get platinum highlights as I'm blonde as it is. I left because I was nervous and because the price was way over what they advertise online. Went in on Friday nite for a hair cut and I wanted to add money piece. I ended up leaving disappointed with both. Now I'm fixing it else where. I kept explaining one side was longer and she wasn't getting it. Then she asked if I wanted a thin or thick money piece and I said thin and left with whatever this is. The stylist name was Parly. You booked the appointment same day and late for the appointment. Parly was still there waiting for you for 20 minutes.
