I have mixed views of this fitness establishment. The facilities are top notch and worthy of five stars. It's smaller than most gyms, but that's the charm which attracted me to this location. Plenty of clean towels available, nice locker room and well spaced equipment. Now to get into the two stars explanation, which I felt generous with. The attached picture is the status quo for the Rio Salado location, I am so disappointed with such a prime location and ruining their reputation because of lazy management (the tall blonde) and really poor staffing!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we are aware of the broken shower head and that is being fixed. Because of the holder of the shower head being broken that particular shower has been seeing lower water pressure. Once it is fixed the water pressure will return to normal. In addition, we did test all the other showers in our locker rooms and did not notice any issues with water pressure in any other showers. Great gym! They cut us a deal for 3 weeks. Towels to use. Showers. Smoothies. Gr8 view! Plenty of space

The best gym I have ever belonged to. All the equipment is new, facilities are clean, and staff is very friendly. The company itself is also very easy to work with and understanding. I work seasonal and when I need to terminate my membership, no questions asked and took 5 mins. I will never go back to LA Fitness. It is so refreshing to go to a gym where the equipment is from the last decade and the staff doesn't make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. The location rocks too!! I love this gym! I came onto Yelp because I was trying to look for an email link or suggestion/feedback section on MSF's website, but I couldn't find it. Last night, Gina D. was subbing for a Zumba class. Her class was JAM PACKED with all different styles of music and dance, was high-intensity, and most importantly fun! My only complaint is that I wish the class was longer! I would like to have more options for Zumba, as some of the other instructors have a different style and pace. This is a great gym. Maybe the best I have ever belonged to but they have one massive problem which I have tried to address several times but the manager must have a short memory... They relentlessly crank up their music selection so loud that I can't even hear my own music through my headphones. I have completed several surveys and have found that over 95% of gym members wear headphones while working out. The view of the lake while doing cardio is phenomenal! There's a elevator Incase you dont wanna use the stares or have to much to carry! If you don't have a membership with Mountainside fitness this gym will make you want one!
