I called this location and both locations in Scottsdale to obtain pricing on personal training and monthly fee for Mkids club... I was #1 in the queue for this location and was on hold for more than five minutes and with both Scottsdale locations I received a voicemail - not a great 1st impression for prospective members - how many locations do I need to call to get my questions answered?
After a good workout, it is a must to get one of their smoothies with creatine or extra protein boost. The Lou going area after a tough workout is relaxing.

I've been to every major gym in the valley, and I can definitely say this gym is the cleanest, most functional gym I've been to. The staff is very nice and they work hard to give you the best experience. The equipment and locker rooms are very clean and seem to be checked regularly. The gym also has a great culture and I've enjoyed the people I have met there.
This gym is dirty, smells like something died and constantly has broken or loose/unsafe equipment. When equipment breaks I have seen it take over 10 days to get repaired. I get that we're coming off of a pandemic but it costs zero dollars to audit equipment for loose/broke parts. It also costs zero dollars to wipe down equipment instead of letting dust build up.
This is the kind of gym you actually enjoy working out in! It feels like the good neighborhood gym....extremely friendly staff, lots of excellent workout equipment, always clean, always helpful. Even the other gym members are friendly... The hours are great and there are several locations around the city to work out in. I'm glad I'm a member.

My favorite mountain side location EVER! The staff here are friendly, kind and welcoming. The equipments are clean and well kept. I really enjoy visiting this location.

Cancelled my membership in August and just got a large bill in the mail. Called to resolve issue and the girl I spoke with on the phone was so rude like get new employees or train them that's so embarrassing for a company

THERE IS NO SOCIAL DISTANCING HAPPENING!! They use to make appointments mandatory, however that is not happening anymore. They are letting everyone and their mothers in. I went around 5pm (im presuming busiest time during weekday) and it was crawling with people, I immediately left. Please do not support this gym. They were out of cleaning wipes I've noticed; they do not care about keeping people safe during the pandemic. AZ has the worst cases in the literal world right now and this is why.
I really enjoy the atmosphere, staff, equipment, music, and everyone seems to be serious fitness people. I can honestly say the best gym I have worked out in and it's very clean
