There are a lot of great things about this gym: convenient hours, lots of equipment, free parking, and of course a great view! Things are fairly well maintained from what I can tell, although I do feel like the cleanliness could be improved a bit. Also, the disinfectant wipes are often empty and they run out of towels so I wish they paid better attention to that.
Whether you are a beginner or a gym rat, mountainside has quality equipment and a fantastic atmosphere!!
The gym is clean, nice, and has just about everything you need. (Except pool, boxing bags) but they miss the price point 40$ a month plus 50$ initiation and 49$ annual fee not worth more than 30$ in my opinion I would only play 40$ for a golds gym caliber club
Nice, clean gym. Friendly staff. Some very good classes. My husband joined as well and is happy he did!
STAY AWAY unless you enjoy hundreds of dollars in charges after 12 cancelation attempts. I have 3 fraud inquiries from my bank and they just change the location of billing so they can keep charging me. I finally had to retain a lawyer. I have left over. a dozen emails and VM but no return calls. they say I have to come in however I don't work in state anymore( I used to train new employees there so I was there 2 weeks a month) they won't let me cancel from out of state. Pros: beautiful view from the treadmills, friendly staff, bikes available to borrow! I feel like the quality of the machines is good, modern, and clean. Occasional free smoothie offer, although I haven't tried them yet. Cons: half the time there is a leak in the bathroom, a stall out of order (there are only 3), and there is ALWAYS at least one sink out of order, no towels, etc. I've been going for over a year and it's always the same. Really good gym. Clean and has great amenities including showers and steam room. Good variety of machines and free weights.
Always a great experience at this location. Super clean and the trainers are always helpful and kind - Kiana was great. Looking forward to my next visit.
Did not realize I was still paying for this and I had moved away from this location. A rep called and I told her Ini longer live in the area to which she responded that I would have to come in to cancel. I confirmed that she wanted me to come into the location despite telling her I moved and she said yes that is the policy. I called the next day and they said you can just cancel it online. Crazy how the policy changed in less than 24 hours.
