I canceled my membership back in December 2021. I was assured I would no longer be charged. They have continued to charge me every month and DO NOT return the money. I have spoken with managers that assure me that they will reimburse the money "within 5-7 business days" and nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will dispute with my credit card next...

The phenomenal views from the bikes and other cardio was one of the top reasons I joined this gym! It's the only gym I've found in the PHX area with big views so I have something very pleasant to look at while I'm exercising. Wish this gym had a sauna or steam room, though. I also go to the Talking Stick location sometimes but only when I'm doing weights. No view whatsoever. Talking Stick has sauna and steam room, so I trade off going to both gyms.

This is the worst gym and company that's in existence. Besides it being completely over priced, always crowded, never safe with masks or social distance. In fact the owner of mountainside is a blantant anti-masker to the point he sued the state over it. Besides all that, what's really got me here is that they are thief's. I am high risk and I tried to cancel my membership in early March. They wouldn't allow me to not do it in person - even through the pandemic. They need you in there to persuade you not to cancel. They would... read more

I called this location and both locations in Scottsdale to obtain pricing on personal training and monthly fee for Mkids club... I was #1 in the queue for this location and was on hold for more than five minutes and with both Scottsdale locations I received a voicemail - not a great 1st impression for prospective members - how many locations do I need to call to get my questions answered?

After a good workout, it is a must to get one of their smoothies with creatine or extra protein boost. The Lou going area after a tough workout is relaxing.

I've been to every major gym in the valley, and I can definitely say this gym is the cleanest, most functional gym I've been to. The staff is very nice and they work hard to give you the best experience. The equipment and locker rooms are very clean and seem to be checked regularly. The gym also has a great culture and I've enjoyed the people I have met there.

This gym is dirty, smells like something died and constantly has broken or loose/unsafe equipment. When equipment breaks I have seen it take over 10 days to get repaired. I get that we're coming off of a pandemic but it costs zero dollars to audit equipment for loose/broke parts. It also costs zero dollars to wipe down equipment instead of letting dust build up.
