Love this location. Great for younger aged people since it's so close to ASU, lots of ASU students. Facility is always clean, and the staff is super nice and helpful! Love Mt. Side!
Love this gym and the area makes it that much better! Staff is amazing, especially Blake and Thomas who work the front! Highly recommend.

I work at Marina Heights and Mountain side is the perfect gym for a quick lunch workout. Brand new equipment and always clean. Locker rooms are also clean and stocked with clean towels.

Very weird and negative experience here. Tried to redeem the 5 day free pass they advertise so I could try out the facility. The guy took my drivers license and told me to go do my workout while he "got my pass ready." At the end of my workout, when I went to collect my ID, the guy tried to sell me on signing up and I said I wanted to do the full trial before I committed (it was a weekend and I wanted to see how the experience would be on a weekday). First review I've ever left. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM! Signed up for "free 5 day pass". After constant harassment to sign up after, i mentioned I may be moving, I don't want to sign up yet! She flags me and marks me down as "not interested". I go back day 2, and they say I have to pay MEMBERSHIP PRICE! What happened to free 5 days!!!! SCAMMERS!!! Do not go here!!
I was able to speak with the personal training vp and was heard and understood. This was quickly resolved and I greatly appreciate that! As far as the location- it's terrific as far as scenery, equipment and vibe. Love the steam room too. I was assured that the conflict I had would be handled at the club level. Thankful to have resolution around this. The personal trainer I did have was so attentive, supportive and thoughtful for my needs and goals when training together.
