Such a great gym with awesome staff. I would rate this gym a 3.5. 2 levels with the cardio area looking out onto Tempe town lake. There is a CrossFit type area on the right upstairs. You have to get there before the crowd. The weight lifting area is downstairs and rather small, lots of college kids working out together with lack of awareness for space. In September 3 machines were broken for the whole month, sweat stains on the floor, terrible smell. Membership oversold to the point that there is no available machine at night. This place is over crowded and not being cleaned appropriately.
I have been working with Isaiah for about three months now and could not have better things to say. Mountainside in Tempe has amazing amenities, amazing views, and an amazing staff. Isaiah has helped me get closer to my goals that I have ever been, and I am beyond happy with my progress so far. Would definitely recommend him and many to others!
I canceled my membership back in December 2021. I was assured I would no longer be charged. They have continued to charge me every month and DO NOT return the money. I have spoken with managers that assure me that they will reimburse the money "within 5-7 business days" and nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will dispute with my credit card next...
I love this gym! All the locations are nice and clean as well as the staff is helpful when need be!
The phenomenal views from the bikes and other cardio was one of the top reasons I joined this gym! It's the only gym I've found in the PHX area with big views so I have something very pleasant to look at while I'm exercising. Wish this gym had a sauna or steam room, though. I also go to the Talking Stick location sometimes but only when I'm doing weights. No view whatsoever. Talking Stick has sauna and steam room, so I trade off going to both gyms.
Love lifting here. Great gym environment and equipment. Friendly staff always greeting you! People at the gym are respectful!
