By far the best gym ever. Me personally I was never a gym goer. Why pay for what you can do for free at home right? Wrong. Here it's family. You get an amazing workout at a clean facility with staff members that support you the moment you sign in. The personal trainers are amazing. Ladies if you're reading this ask for Essence. I love this gym. Greg the fitness manager is amazing. Top class leader and valuable asset. Love the energy of the staff and him. I wasn't always big into fitness or the gym. I will always love being apart of mountain side and only mountain side. I used to be 460 pounds and my heaviest and I don't know how I could have gone about my journey without Greg and his team. I recently just moved and had to make the tough decision to leave Mountainside Fitness because of the distance from my new home. This is by far the best gym I been a member of. I had a personal trainer named Dustin Goetz, who was a tremendous trainer and person. High recommend this location because the staff crossed the board was 5-stars!

This mountainside is so awesome. I love coming here and the new outside space is so amazing!!!! Izzy is such an amazing employee and she is always there to help when needed!!!
This is a great location! Lots of natural light and the new outdoor space is super cool. My favorite part of this location is the staff, specifically Miss Izzy at the front desk. She always has a smile on her face when I walk in, and I often see her running around making sure the gym is clean. She rocks!
This gym has great views of Tempe Town lake, really nice locker room, and Izzy was very helpful and makes the best protein shakes
Such a great gym with awesome staff. I would rate this gym a 3.5. 2 levels with the cardio area looking out onto Tempe town lake. There is a CrossFit type area on the right upstairs. You have to get there before the crowd. The weight lifting area is downstairs and rather small, lots of college kids working out together with lack of awareness for space.
