I can't place my membership on hold over the phone? I am out of state and a conversation with the corporate office cannot do anything to help? Also nice job dealing with covid - trainings we canceled but you still charged. Class act my friends.
My cousin goes to this gym and told me about it so I decided to use the 5 day free trial when I was visited him from out of town. Once I arrived at the gym and showed them I was using the pass they said I couldn't use it until I talked to a sales person. Once I sat down with the sales woman she said I couldn't use the pass unless I provided proof of residency and I explained that I was visiting from out of town. I have been coming here for about 2 months now and it has honestly been a rollercoaster of an experience. Signing up was fairly easy, however apparently to use guest passes you have to sit there for 20 minutes filling out a bunch of forms while they badger your guests repeatedly to sign up. One of my "guests" went online and signed up for the 5-day free pass and when we got there, the member service girl asked if they were interested in signing up today, which they responded with "we're just checking it out today" and she to... read more

In February of 2023, Kalie Baker offered me a job opportunity to work at the front desk. I had an in-person interview with her, and everything went great. Kalie emailed me to extend the offer, and I couldn't have been more excited to start working at Mountainside. I replied to accept the offer that same day, and have heard nothing since. great workout place with a great basketball court for sure recommend great place good people and great workout machines to use
Disclaimer: PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING UP I have been a loyal member of this gym for the past two years, but today I witnessed another act of discrimination and unacceptable behavior. Great place all around gym Plenty of classes and a great variety of classes.Also they have cold plunge and sauna. I have used the personal training and the prices where the most competitive I have found. The price for membership is very reasonable and I recommend this fitness center to anyone
