My husband and I decided to join the gym as we are both seniors and we needed to work on our overall body strength. After joining we were guided to meet with a personal trainer and we were assigned a trainer named Emmanuel Class. We have been so extremely happy. First, if you are a senior he is your guy. He listens, he observes, he recommended, he follows up after work-outs to assess your recovery. He asks questions and bases your training on your goals. He isn't just walking around flexing, he is a genuinely caring awesome ... read more

This gym keeps getting worse. The child care has gone way downhill and I don't even want to bring kids here anymore. More and more equipment broken every day, and takes forever to fix. They just got new machines they didn't have room for, so they pushed them into the area members use for lunges, etc. This has led to members exercising more where people normally stretch. They also pushed new equipment so close to the rebounder that you can't really use the rebounder anymore. The new equipment is also cheap crap that uses spec... read more

I have been coming to this gym for over a year and have always had a pleasant experience up until recently. Although it is a great added benefit for the child care with your membership I feel as though the child care department has been severely understaffed or poorly staffed as of the last few months. We used to love the staff and the order they seemed to uphold in the childcare area. unfortunately lately my son has been stating there have been incidents involving older children playing dodgeball and being aggressive/ bully... read more

7 months after canceling my membership, I just learned that they been pulling money from my bank account for all these month every month. Reason for the error: They changed to a "new system" which defaulted to reinstating old memberships. What ? Sounds shady and criminal to me. Is anyone in upper management correcting this , or just waiting until people contact them? Wonder how many dozens /hundreds of people are falling victim to this criminal business practice? What kind of "new computer system" REINSTATES A CANCELLED MEMB... read more

The facility is nice and clean but they are unscrupulous and play extraordinarily loud music so that guests can't hear their own audio choices. I paid membership dues for a year on a month to month basis but rarely used the club because on about 75% of my visits the staff had unpleasant music blasting. There were some days it wasn't so loud and was bearable so I kept paying for 6 months. Then I decided to cancel. Several months later I discovered they were still charging me. I went back in a second time at the end of May to ... read more

I've been a member here for several years now. This gym is always a mess. I've spoken with management about it several times and the promise is that "we will" but they never do. If there were an LA fitness or EOS up here, I certainly wouldn't continue my membership here.

The gym itself is mostly okay. Biggest complaint about equipment is I've seen 2.5 lb plates once or twice, but they're almost never there. Definitely something missing, you don't always want to increase your lifts 10 lbs at a time. It's not super crowded, and the location is relatively convenient. When I did the week trial, I got a lot of pressure in the club to sign up for long-term contracts. So I signed up online. And a few months after sign-up, my bill was $25 more expensive. Turns out it's an annual fee. Nowhere on the ... read more

I thought I saw the love of my life last night, I realized it was just a distraction and quickly got back on track. I sorta miss this place, met some really good people here before, may be time for a deep clean tho. Haven't had a membership in years, I usually sign up depending on the level of ease, time and manners of staff to get a pump in, luckily I was not "waiting" for over 10min. No 5 day pass tho, it's always a runaround this and that, this time something about getting in trouble and they'll know or they're watching. ... read more

I'd like to say that the staff here are extraordinary people. Today I witnessed a man at the front desk who was not a member and who was acting unusual to say the least. I recognized the man immediately because he is a distinct elderly homeless vet that comes into the ER as a patient often. He has many health issues involving psychiatric mental health illness. The staff was kind, patient and extremely Human to this man. Kara's poise and professionalism really represented what Good people do and especially why I will always b... read more
