In the past few months I've worked out at this gym, I've witnessed this weird anger vibe from a significant number of members. People here are very ambivalent. This location is a perfect example of why you should never talk to strangers.

Love this location! The staff is so friendly, the gym is very clean and the personal trainers are excellent and reasonably priced! The assistant manager Tyler is helpful and answers any questions or concerns that you have! Would highly recommend!

Good luck ever getting membership services on the line. Front desk transfers you to membership services without checking if anyone is even available to even take your call. Waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. This locations child care staff needs work. Upon signing up they said all infants not walking stay in the infant area. Not even a few weeks of going here with my infant they put him in the toddler area when he cannot even walk and without supervision he gets pushed and his hand is bleeding. The gym is good but I particularly like the cafe. Ayla is fantastic -- very helpful and kind. Both my son and I are grateful for her service and help.

My car was totally vandalized while in yoga class Monday morning. The front desk boys were all hesitant to call the police when I ran back in to get help; then rushed to get an "incident report" just before the police arrived. I wonder how many of those are on file now? Glendale police finally arrived and admitted that they are tired of all the calls for that location, the Glendale officer even admitted that their dept has repeatedly requested Mountainside get security for the parking lot due to all of the calls and corporat... read more

I was somewhat impressed by the equipment and what was offered at Mountainside... However, when we decided to cancel our membership for budget reasons they continued to call us and ask us for money. We have told them multiple times that we canceled and they keep threatening to turn us in for collection. We paid for our membership on time every month and it's just sad that they do this to people! I was satisfied with them up until we canceled! I thought about returning when I got other things in order, but not anymore.

I love the gym and have been a member for about three years. Recently, I signed up to have a trainer twice a week and thought my experience would be just as good. I was told how much the training would help, but was not treated like an individual. The manager of the trainers seemed to just want to sell me on the training and the trainers did not seem to care or remember anything about me even after working with me for weeks. It was very expensive and not worth it.

Recently moved to mountainside from EOS. The facility is much more clean and spacious. At EOS the facility was always too crowded and I could never find the space to do stretching and free weights. At Mountainside I have the room to do all my training and for the first time in years I don't have to wait for a treadmill. Loving mountainside on 75th and the 101.

I had recently joined the new EoS gym, but after less than two months the gym was overcrowded and equipment was breaking and not being repaired. Even at peak hours Mountainside isn't overly crowded and it has far more machines and varieties of equipment to choose from. It's a bit more expensive than other gyms but the amenities make it worthwhile.
